Description

The responsibilities of the committee shall be to create and maintain an inviting environment for all indoor public spaces and to make sure that they are accessible to all residents. These spaces shall include the Heiser lounge, the hallways (including those in the apartment house) the Langston, Fox and Fell, the library, and the guest rooms in the apartment house. The committee shall endeavor to work together with other KORA committees to accomplish this goal. The work of the committee must ensure communication with the Administration necessary to facilitate a process to budget and plan on an ongoing basis for community spaces. Consultation and suggestions that have a budgetary impact will be considered as part of the annual budgeting process and capital project planning updated each year.
