Description

1) Provide mentors for new residents to welcome them and help them settle in during their first two weeks at Kendal. 2) Host community receptions in spring and fall for community to meet new residents; host dinner party following each reception honoring new residents. 3) Conduct interviews with new residents 2-3 months after their arrivals to help with issues they may have.
