SPORTS AND RECREATION COMMITTEE

To sponsor annual tournaments for baggo, bocce ball, croquet, shuffleboard and table tennis, and a group for tennis. To sponsor activities of a recreational nature. Any group of two or more residents may request sponsorship by the Committee.

Ongoing Activities in 2016

• Table Tennis - Coaching and practice three days a week throughout the year.
• Tournaments - Bocce in July, Shuffleboard in September, Putt Golf in October.
• Canoe/Kayak Outings - Two excursions per month, June through September.
• Tennis - Maintain the clay courts for residents, staff and invited Oberlin guests: June - October.
• Radio Controlled Sailboats - Sail instruction, practice and racing on Triangle Pond.
